The Local Government of Payao, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Onl y(Php 2,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of one(1) Unit Speed Boat (LDRRMO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
