AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE 2026 REVISED/UPDATED REVENUE CODE OF PAYAO WHICH GOVERNS THE LEVY, ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF TAXES, FEES, CHARGES AND OTHER IMPOSITIONS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAYAO, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991. 2.
