Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multi-purpose Building at Balian
Project Identification No.: PR2026-04-0122
The Local Government Unit of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos
Only (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multipurpose Building at Balian. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
