The Local Govermment of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 Intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred
Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos & 75/100 Only (Php 1,199,999.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Drugs and Medicines (MHO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
