The Local Govemment of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine
Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Pesos Only (Php 953,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Purchase of Vehicle Parts Repair & Maintenance of Various Heavy Equipment (MEO).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
