The Local Government of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Nine Pesos & 24/100 Only (Php 545,949.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair & Maintenance – Infrastructure Assets at Balogo to Mantaya, Balian – lot 1: Purchase of Aggregates Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
