The Local Government Unit of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos & 65/100 Only (Php 499,942.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Concreting at Purok 1 to Boulevard. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
