Newly Elected Officials of Payao Take Oath of Office at Provincial Capitol

Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay – In a solemn and dignified ceremony held at the Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Capitol on June 30, 2025, Hon. Joshua Carlo R. Mendoza officially took his oath as the re-elected Municipal Mayor of Payao, alongside the newly elected members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

Joining Mayor Joshua “Wang” Mendoza in the oathtaking were the Vice Mayor, Hon. Joeper Mendoza , SB Member; Hon. Norfaida Sappayani Jemlani,.Hon. Sarwin Injani Badol ; Hon. Rico Maata ; Hon. Vicente G. Agot, Hon. Glady A. Lopez; Hon. Ildefonso C. Ochea; Hon. Joel J. Indino; and Hon. Editha T. Indino, all of whom pledged to uphold the laws and serve the people of Payao with integrity and dedication.

The ceremony was attended by local dignitaries, families, and supporters who witnessed the officials take their solemn commitment to public service.
