Ang Public Hearing para aning duha ka Ordinansa naka schedule karobg Marso 27, 2026 (Biyernes) alas 8:00 sa buntag, ipahugayon sa Municipal Gymnasium. To: All Barangay Captains, Barangay Secretaries, CSOs, Privates Sectors, Business Owners, NA(DTI-Payao, PNP, BFP, DILG, PCG, AFP, Pantawid). Agenda: 1. AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE 2026 REVISED/UPDATED REVENUE CODE OF PAYAO WHICH GOVERNS THE LEVY, ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF TAXES, FEES, CHARGES AND OTHER IMPOSITIONS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAYAO, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991. 2. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE INTEGRATED ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAYAO AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND AMENDMENT THEREOF AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
